Vasai Road Tamil Sangam was established formally in 1986.The prime mission of VRTS is the promotion and continuation of Tamil language and culture by organizing social and cultural events, celebrating major Tamil festivals, teaching Tamil language to children, participation and sponsorship of charitable causes. Membership to VRTS is open to anyone who had an interest in Tamil language and culture.
